When will my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
